This project proposal has been made for setting up of an unit for modular furniture system related products with designing and manufacturing of plastic extrusions, PVC Compounding, processing of PVC coils etc. The trimmings profile is a revolutionary solution to conceal unglazed tile edges, exposed ceilings around columns, wall coves and rugged edges. Movement joint is manufactured with flexible connections to allow for controlled movement or expansion of floor/wall coverings due to thermal extraction or contraction, insulation properties or vapour resistence to building. Edges of structure suffers from chipping due to impact, leaving an eyesore dent and crack on the building. With Chamfer Edge Profile, edges are chamfered, preventing it from chipping. The corner bead profile 900 is used to create smooth and consistent corners.
